- Evidence Based Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT / Tapping)
- Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
- Mindfulness including creative therapies
- Family systems theory
- Domestic violence awareness - DV-alert trained
- Suicide intervention (ASIST trained)
I also have experience and/or training in:
- Group facilitation, workshops, training
- Disaster recovery/resilience
- Hoarding behaviour
- Gambling problems
- Community welfare and development
- Creative arts (I am a practising artist)

Cancellation policy
I appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice of session cancellation, so that I can offer a spot to others who may be on a waiting list. Regretfully, for same day cancellations I will need to apply a cancellation fee equal to half the fee of the booking.
